Managing Safe Projects

Construction sites are one of the most hazardous workplaces out there. The site administrator has the responsibility to oversee the safety of the worksite. They are bound to enforce compliance standards and review the health and safety protocols to minimize injuries and casualties. This provides benefits for both the workers on the ground and the company.

Responsibilities of Site Administrator

As Site Administrator, JMA Safety professionals will implement safety policies and regulations and ensure that these protocols are observed. These policies are implemented to protect the welfare of the workers and create a safe work environment for everyone.

The site administrator is tasked:

  • to create the safety policies necessary for the worksite.
  • to implement the said policies to prevent casualties and injuries.
  • to enforce safety policies to determine the protocols necessary for the worksite.
  • to update the policies and renew when new risks are discovered.
  • to conduct inspections on-site to determine the work hazards.
  • to identify the needed personal protective equipment and instruct the workers how to use the equipment.
  • to investigate accidents and determine their causes.
  • to document accidents and prevent them from happening again.
  • to review all federal and state requirements for record-keeping.

A hands-on site administration is indeed necessary to the success of the projects. If you need site administration to take care of your employees, sub contrators, payroll, injury reporting, back to work programs, daily LEM’s, statistics, or travel, hotel or camp reservations, JMA Safety and Project Management is here to help your business stay protected and safe.
